Staff and legal representatives from the City and Bishop Miege have developed the attached MOU for Council consideration.

Details:
The attached MOU provides a written description of means and methods employed to prevent transmission of Covid (and variants) at the school and within the community. These are based upon the CDC's recommendations specific to schools. The MOU also establishes criteria for when universal indoor masking shall be employed at Bishop Miege. Beyond prescribing prevention methods and gating criteria the MOU also serves as an informational and educational document for residents, students, and faculty.
